These terms & conditions are being posted as a matter of fact. They represent policy enforced on all services sold and provided by Brandel Communications, Inc. These terms & conditions shall apply to all services whether purchased by mail, by telephone, via email, or through the web. It is the CLIENT's responsibility to read these terms & conditions which shall apply to all existing services as well as other services not listed here.

(1) If CLIENT is reselling the service to a Third Party for whatever type of financial consideration, CLIENT shall be exclusively responsible for its transactions and any obligation arising from the same. BRANDEL deals with and recognizes only the CLIENT as the official recipient of the service.

(2) All services are intangible products that requires skilled computer programming. In order to design, program, and activate these services for CLIENT require a fair amount of custom work. Therefore, any amount paid by CLIENT to order, upgrade or customize any service is NOT refundable.

(3) The owners and officers of BRANDEL, along with its Contracted Sources and Suppliers, shall not be liable for any loss due to equipment malfunction, equipment servicing, phone service interruption, programming errors, changes in policies, termination or discontinuance of service, or any other factor that may affect the use or profitability of the service ordered.

(4) The CLIENT hereby declares that he/she has read and understands the foregoing and accepts these Terms and Conditions, and that no statement or promise not contained in this statement shall be valid or binding.
